TOP 5 EXERCISES TO GROW YOUR CHEST

Follow these exercises to get rid of chest fat and grow some serious mass on your chest : 
 
1. PUSHUPS : Pushup is a basic exercise which you can do in your warmup . Keeping your entire body straight go down with your elbows bending diagonally.  



2. BARBELL BENCH PRESS : The most important exercise to grow your chest . Place your wrist on the barbell in a correct manner then push upwards squeezing your chest muscles. 

3. INCLINE BENCH PRESS : Another great exercise for your upper chest . Remember to keep your elbows diagonally while going down . 

4. DUMBELL INCLINE FLY : Incline fly increases the width of your chest and brings it to a good shape . 

5. DUMBELL PULLOVER : Most of the people use this pullover exercise on their back day but by correct placing of shoulder it can hit your pectoralis major muscles too.

TOP 7 things you should know before joining the gym

1. TAKE A TOUR - On the first day just simply take a short tour of the gym and make urself physically and mentally ready for it . Ask the instructor about the uses of various machines and equipments .

2. BE CONFIDENT -  There may also be some bodybuilders working out so don't let yourself get demotivated or distracted by seeing their physique . Be confident and don't compare yourself with them , they are working out from a long time . Have patience your can achieve that too.

3. TRACK YOUR DIET -  The most important key to build a good physique is the right nutrition.  Working out without any diet plans is wastage of time whether it be loosing or gaining weight . Follow a particular diet plan and track your calories .

4. KNOW ABOUT SUPPLEMENTS - The first to know about supplements is that they cannot magically transform your body , the truth is they can just help you reach your daily caloric goals . Whey protein is the most common supplement used , so it can only help you to complete your protein intake.  However it is advised not to take these in the beginning phase , you can build a good physique without supplements too.

5. HAVING A GYM PARTNER - Taking a partner with you will give you a mental support to your training . It will also be a sense of motivation for you .

6. BE CONSISTENT - If you are regular to the you will start getting results after 3-4 weeks depending on your training . So be consistent on your diet and workout and have patience as it is a time taking process.
  
 7. GYM BAG - Carry a gym bag with you  and in some gyms they tell to carry your shoes in order to prevent dust . The gym consists of some essentials like shoes, water bottle or shaker , small towel , wrist band ,knee band , pain relief spray , and one extra tshirt.
